Product Overview

The YE3 series is a fully enclosed, self-ventilated, squirrel-cage, high-efficiency three-phase asynchronous motor newly developed by our company in accordance with the latest GB/T28575-2020 standard. The efficiency rating of this series of motors meets the Level 3 energy efficiency requirement specified in China’s GB18613-2020 “Energy Efficiency Limit Values and Energy Efficiency Grades for Small and Medium-sized Three-phase Asynchronous Motors,” and complies with the IE3 energy efficiency grade as defined in IEC60034-30. The YE3 series high-efficiency three-phase asynchronous motors are suitable for driving fans, pumps, and other equipment operating under long-term load conditions. All performance indicators of these motors have reached internationally advanced levels, enabling high efficiency and thus contributing to energy conservation and emission reduction. The mounting dimensions and power ratings of the YE3 high-efficiency three-phase asynchronous motors conform to the International Electrotechnical Commission standard IEC60072-1. Motors with center heights of H160 and above can be equipped with non-stop oil filling and draining devices, and they also feature reserved spaces for installing thermistors and moisture-proof heating bands, making it convenient for users to select the appropriate options. The temperature rise is evaluated based on an 80K margin, ensuring ample temperature rise allowance and long motor life. The rotor is manufactured using a cast-aluminum process, providing high operational reliability. The power range of this series of motors is from 0.75 kW to 375 kW; the frame center heights span from H80 to H355.

Connection method: Y-connection for rated power of 3 kW and below

For rated power of 4 kW and above, the connection method is delta, and the protection class is IP54/IP55.

Insulation class: Class B, Class F

Cooling method: IC411

Operating mode: Continuous duty S1
