Product Overview
The ISG series single-stage, single-suction vertical centrifugal pumps are designed for conveying clean water free of solid particles, as well as liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. Depending on the operating temperature and medium, these pumps can also be customized for hot water, high-temperature, chemical processing, and oil-transfer applications. This product features high efficiency, energy savings, low noise levels, and stable performance. It complies with the latest national standard JB/T53058-1993 issued by the Ministry of Machinery. The product is designed and manufactured in accordance with ISO 2858 standards.
Main features
1. The pump features a compact structure, small size, and an aesthetically pleasing appearance. Its design ensures a minimal installation footprint; with the addition of a protective cover, it can even be used outdoors.
2. The impeller is directly mounted on the motor shaft, ensuring pump concentricity and thereby enhancing operational stability and extending the pump’s service life.
3. The shaft seal employs either a mechanical seal or a combination of mechanical seals, featuring high-quality hard alloy sealing rings that enhance wear resistance and effectively extend the pump’s service life.
4. Easy to install and maintain—no need to disassemble the piping system. The pump’s inlet and outlet are of the same diameter, simplifying pipeline connections.
5. Depending on the requirements for flow rate and head, pumps can be operated in series or in parallel.
6. As needed, the suction and discharge ports can be installed in the same direction or at various angles—90°, 180°, or 270°—to accommodate different connection scenarios.
7. The pump head can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the number of pump stages and by modifying the outer diameter of the impeller, without changing the installation footprint—something that other types of pumps do not offer.

Main uses
1. The ISG vertical centrifugal pump is designed for conveying clean water and other liquids with physical properties similar to those of clean water. It is suitable for industrial and municipal water supply and drainage, pressurized water delivery in high-rise buildings, landscape irrigation, fire-fighting boosting, long-distance water conveyance, heating and cooling systems, bathroom hot-and-cold water circulation boosting, and equipment integration. The operating temperature T is less than 80 ℃.
2. The IRG (GRG)-type vertical hot-water (high-temperature) circulating pump is suitable for boosting and circulating hot water in boilers used in industries such as energy, metallurgy, wood processing, chemical engineering, textiles, papermaking, as well as in hotels, bathhouses, and guesthouses. It is also ideal for use in urban heating systems. The IRG model can handle media temperatures not exceeding 120 ℃, while the GRG model can handle media temperatures not exceeding 240 ℃.
3. The IHG vertical pipeline chemical pump is designed for conveying liquids that are free of solid particles, corrosive, and have a viscosity similar to water. It is suitable for use in industries such as petroleum, chemical engineering, metallurgy, power generation, papermaking, food and pharmaceuticals, and synthetic fibers. The operating temperature range is from -20°C to +120°C.
